deli-vert - The Tarporley Shop
Award winning deli-vert is a small family run
delicatessen with branches in Hoole, Chester and Tarporley, Cheshire.
deli-vert has been opened to offer tasty, high quality produce and ready
to eat foods to take away. Cheshire produce features high in our stock list as
well as ingredients inspired by our favourite dishes.
We have:
- a passion for fine food
- a concern for the environment
- a belief in the importance of a strong local economy
- a desire to promote local alternatives wherever possible
Our shop
We now stock local cakes, scones, pies, biscuits, sausage rolls,
eggs, ham, cheeses, jams, chutneys, apple juices, oats, yogurts,
ice cream, artisan breads, pates, ready meals and lots more.
Come and visit us soon to see what we do and taste the delicious
foods that have been grown, laid, prepared, pickled, cooked and
baked within a few miles of our shops.
Many products are sourced from local bakeries, farmers and producers.

As well as fine foods produced right here in Cheshire, we also
sell a wide variety of world cheeses, cooked meats, jams,
chutneys, pates, olives, Salar Smoked Salmon, Macsween Haggis,
Tracklements preserves and condiments, Bart herbs and spices,
Spanks, Cottage Delight as well as far eastern foods, chorizo
and saucisson.

Mornflake Oats Limited
Mornflake Oats Ltd is based in Crewe, Cheshire. They were founded in 1675 when they began milling Oats in South Cheshire. Oats were used as the very first breakfast cereal - whole grain cereals are a major source of nutrition, providing a healthy diet and no one has been doing it longer! Check out some of their range that we have in the shop and enjoy breakfast times and some yummy homemade flapjacks! .

Hoole branch of deli-vert picks up another award! The Campaign to Protect Rural England Cheshire division 'Buy Local' award in recognition of steps to stock produce from local suppliers as well as other initiatives including locally recruited staff and enviromentally friendly packaging.

: Cheese!!
Cheese sales at Hoole and Tarporley are hitting new heights. Top sellers at Hoole continue to be Snowdonia Little Black Bomber and Brie de Meaux while the favourites in Tarporley are Ribblesdale Blue Goats and Delice de Cremiere. Call in and ask for a free cheese taste!

With the good weather arriving we now have seating inside and out at the Tarporley deli as well as a esspresso coffee machine using Fairtrade coffee to drink in, al fresco or take away! Why not have a coffee deal of any coffee and any delicious breakfast pastry for just £2!!
